تشمل الوظيفة: تخطيط وتنفيذ وادارة مشاريع، تواصل وبناء علاقات مع شركاء من المجتمع المدني ومن الحقل السياسي – بالأساس في المجتمع الفلسطيني في البلاد، مساهمة في وضع تصور استراتيجي وتخطيط برامج المؤسسة، خلق فرص لتبادل معرفة وخبرات بين اليسار المحلي واليسار العالمي.
متطلبات الوظيفة: قدرات عالية في التحليل السياسي ومعرفة غنية بتاريخ اليسار المحلي وبالعناصر المختلفة الفاعلة على الساحة السياسية الإسرائيلية والفلسطينية، علاقات طيبة ودراية عالية بمركبات المجتمع المدني من جمعيات وناشطين، قدرات عالية وخبرة في إدارة برامج وشراكات، حس المبادرة والقدرة على انشاء وتنفيذ مشاريع ذاتية، القدرة على العمل بشراكات وضمن مجموعات وفي ذات الوقت القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
العربية لغة ام، العبرية/الإنجليزية بمستوى عال.

The Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung (RLS) is a German political foundation affiliated with the German party “Die Linke”. The Stiftung serves as a forum for debate and critical thinking about political alternatives, as well as a research center for progressive social development (
The work of the RLS in Israel focuses on strengthening democratic elements of civil society. It promotes alternative education based on the principles of democracy, social justice, absence of violence and peaceful regional and international cooperation. The Stiftung acts jointly with project partners in Israel since 2002. Its Tel Aviv office was opened in 2009 (
About the position
We are looking for a full-time Project Manager; work-place is Tel Aviv
Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Actively participating in conceptualizing and planning the office’s programs
• Maintaining and expanding contacts of the RLS with local actors with a special focus on the Palestinian society
• Planning, monitoring, administrating, reporting, and evaluating projects with partners
• Linking local struggles with struggles of the German, European, global left
• Initiating and implementing own RLS measures and projects (such as trainings, round-table-discussions, conferences, research, publications)

Our requirements:
• Thorough understanding of the political and socio-economic situation in Israel with special focus on the Palestinian society
• In-depth knowledge of Israel’s left-wing discourses, groups/actors, history
• Extensive knowledge of and contacts within Israel’s civil society, institutions, political actors
• Understanding of or willingness to learn about global left-wing discourses
• Commitment to the values and ideals of the RLS
• Experience in working with partners and in project management
• Ability to conceptualize, organize, draft and edit texts on a high level
• Mother-tongue level Arabic
• Excellent knowledge of English and/or Hebrew highly important
• Ability to cooperate in a small team
• Three months of probation time
